So now that the lid has closed on the Captain America trilogy, is there anything that /co/ wishes had been included or done differently?
Personally I wish we could have explored the whole 'man out of time' aspect of the character in greater detail. Maybe even give him a civilian identity (like in the old comics) to further emphasize this and give him space to adjust to the new time period he is in.
What about it /co/? Anything you wish the Captain America movies had done differently?
Found a way to bring Red Skull back at the end of Winter Soldier or Age of Ultron, to let the final movie close out with Cap finally defeating his first villain. I get Weaving was basically done with the part so it couldn't be done, and Zemo is a fine pick to organize the Civil War, but I can wish I guess.
Kamala, grab my tits!
Heathcliff sits next to a sign.
As you requested.
I'll do something with these later.
are loss threads still a thing? Can they be?
I'm sorry you were left disappointed after that last episode, scone?
Also Wesley, what did you enjoy most about the clones?
I felt the depiction of Marie Curie was quite humorous.
Also did you see what they did to the pool!?
They flipped the bitch!
I don't like to use the word "edgy," but there is literally no other word that better describes this book.
Is Chronicles of Wormwood one of the worst comics ever written?
I just watched this and it really sparked my interest - made me want to get back to reading comics. What's good in the DC world these days? Is the New 52 worth checking out? I'd really like to see more Teen Titans as well as maybe some Martian Manhunter as he's been pretty neglected in most of the JL animated films I've seen.
Teen Titans as a whole is a fucked franchise. They've had one good run and one mediocre run while the rest is shit, Young Justice is a pretty decent book if you want something a little more laid back and fun with the teen characters of the time.
As for Martian Manhunter, his current book is pretty good. It's obviously written with the trades in mind so I'd wait for it to finish before reading it. I'd also suggest his solo book by Ostrander, Justice League International, and Morrison's JLA.
Teen Titans and Martian Manhunter are largely neglected in the New52 books. But there a plenty of other books worth trying.
Superman and Wonder Woman had very strong starts. I recommend Morrison's run for Supes and Azzarello's run for Wondy.
Gotham Academy is fun. I've heard Omega Men is cool and gets a lot of praise here but I haven't a chance to read it yet. I recommend Prez as well for some comedy and clever satire.
This was the Joker, right?
This is the moment Legends of Tomorrow became better than Flash
Serious question, what would Frank do to child soldiers if he ever encountered them?
Are they "innocent" in his book and deserving of a other chance, ore are they no better that phycho super rapist hyped up on mega meth?
How did /co/ feel about Stan Lee's life and career?
Is invader Zim interesting to go back and rewatch if I put myself in that early 00's mindset, or has it aged like shit?
