>it turns out Tony actually yelled "Underoos"
We explained this to all the deaf people when the trailer hit the internet. It didn't "turn out." It always was.
What does underoos even mean?
What was he doing during most of the airport fight? they charge at eachother and then he's... gone.
did he just hover around until Giant-Man showed up?
>>82577014
Yeah, that and Zemo not being Zemo were the only problems I had with it. And Vision is clearly OP'd.
>>82577126
>not having a problem with how forced the romantic aspect is
He's still a fucking robot for the most part, yet very aware of his feelings for Wanda.
>>82577014
>did he just hover around until Giant-Man showed up?
He was just watching his waifu, and could you blame him? She has rockin tits.
Do you want me to storytime a book/cómic that will probably never arrive to USA?
It's been a while since I've seen a thread about this show. Let's fix that. Why was Liquidator used so little? I always liked him as a villain, but even Bushroot got more episodes.
>>82576672
I feel like it's hard to balance liquidator in the show. He should be pretty much unbeatable.
I think that's why he got less play than Bushroot or Megavolt, because they could be more easily foiled.
>>82576672
The writers said that he was a pain in the ass to write, that corporate salesman patter was really tricky to get right. Megavolt by comparison was much easier, they just got Dan Castellaneta in the recording booth and he'd ab-lib gags like taking batteries out of household appliances and scream about how his brethren were free from the shackles of domestic servitude.
>>82576672
I actually know the answer to this, a billion years ago I knew some acquaintances of Tad Stones, the show creator/runner.
Apparently his "ad copy" dialogue was a real bitch to write, and the biggest reason they avoided using him much. Remember how he always talked like he was a commercial?
I also remember everyone observing that he was the most powerful amd hard to beat villain in some ways, I'd guess if not for the dialogue he'd get turned into cement or jello over and over again,...

Any news on Young Animal/ Vertigo? Did the whole Shelly Bond's fireing-controversy just go away?
Fresh news lasts about a week on twitter, if that.
>>82576589
Way is apparently working on Umbrella Academy as well, so I'm kind of worried that he's biting off more than he can chew in terms of workload.
That being said, he's probably had Hotel Oblivion written in some form or another for some time now.
>>82576622
He said he's taking a break from music for a while so that he can focus on comics
>all of these sudden revivals of 90's and early-00's era shows
Whatever happened to originality? I'm as happy as the next guy that Samurai Jack is coming back, but can we get some new cartoons, please? I feel like western animation is headed into the same sort of pathetic nostalgic pandering that comic books are. Do we really want a stagnant western animation industry?
Nostalgia has ruined the 2010s
>>82576433
That seems to be a trend with Japanese animation as well. Saying this is purely a Western problem isn't accurate.

Tell everyone it was Johnny Storm all along and Carol spent last few years as prisoner of Chitauri.
She's fine? Her solo and Ultimates have actually shown her with a bit of personality. If this is another "I don't like the haircut" thread, please fuck off.

So read the comic.
I went to the LCS for the first time in my life. I was at the coffee shop and the comic book store next door was crowded af so it caught my attention. I really loved the atmosphere there and I loved how everyone was connected with the love of comics.
I got a bunch of free comics, since I didn't know any characters, I just picked up familiar stuff (like Cap,Suicide Squad, etc) and one sci-fi looking one. Also I purchased my first comic book there too. I got The Invincible Iron Man #1 for $4 & 2 issues of Darth Vader #1 for myself and my SW geek friend.

Pick what you like.
Star Wars are OK, if you aren't triggered by muh old canon.
>>82576236
Well, if you're into Star Wars, than the comics should be up your alley.
The current runs of star wars the comic and Darth Vader the comic are both set in between episode 4 and episode 5.
I see you also got Invincible Iron Man. If you so happen to like that book and how it is written, another title by the same author to consider would be Ultimate Spiderman. Start with the first volume entitled Power and Responsibility.
