It's such a fucking small fandom, and it only seems to be getting smaller. I have interests in other FFs, but XII is easily my favorite at least in terms of characters and world design, so seeing such a lack of activity wears at me a bit.

tumblr is like DA for art: 99% shit and autism, but there are some decent works there if you know where to look or get lucky.

I'm honestly of the opinion the series peaked at FF IX. X's a mess, XI is an MMORPG, XII is very good, but lacks a certain something, XIII is a catalogue of catastrophe, FFXIV needed a canonical reboot to get going and FFXV could either be GOTY or a mess.
