Kind of. There's a part in the second episode where Ichimatsu gets mad at him for no reason and the other brothers comment on how Ichi doesn't get along with him well, and there's another episode where Karamatsu is taken for ransom and Ichimatsu celebrates.
It's mostly just Ichi subtly hating on Kara, but it's one of the more funny and intriguing dynamics so far. (Though I personally prefer Ichi+Jyushi.)
