Cooked potatoes in water until halfway cooked and drained them when the chicken was almost done and put them in the pan with the top covered. Same with vegetables
I would've done the chicken and removed it, then the potatoes, then add onions and peppers and finish them more, before adding the chicken back in.

I actually cooked the chicken in a pan by itself and cooked everything else separately and then added everything else in and covered it and let it cook for 15 more mintues, if I had onions I'd def would have added them in.
