The oven that it was baked in is dirty and running too hot. You can tell be the random black flakes on the pepperoni, the burnt crust, and how the spinach has turn into an almost unidentifiable goop. Also, there's not enough sauce, allowing the grease of the cheese and pepperoni to seep through. And worst, there is an uneven placement of grease on the crust of the pepperoni pizza, suggesting either you ate a slice, then proceeded to take a picture, or whoever handled the pizza had greasy hands.

Cutter-pan cracker crust, like Shakey's. Darker than normal.
I would guess way more oil in the crust than a typical recipe of its type. Toppings don't look same amount of doneness as the crust. Crust was probably par-baked.
