I generally like Ramsay - when he isn't playing it up for the camera, he's a reasonable and respectful chap who isn't too far up his own ass. Raw dough is a big issue with pizza, it's one of the biggest fuck ups you could actually do with a pizza....I worked at a pizzaria and the number one thing pizzas would get brought back and refunded for was when a pizza got sent out undercooked which happened very rarely, this guy has been doing it EVERY DAY for decades by default
Another issue is that for all that grease it seems like he was using pretty cheap ingredients and too much of them
