Why would i want to ruin my fried egg?
>>
>>7870786
can you not fry both sides and still have a runny yolk?

It's not hard..

and yes OP, I can in a nonstick, but not in a cast iron. my only iron is just too big/heavy for practical flippings.
>>
>>7870731
yes, obviously, but I will admit I occasionally fuck it up.
>>
>>7870731
like you have to be trying to fuck it up, it's so easy i suck ass at sports but first time I tried this at 8 years of age i did it.
>>
I just tip the pan and splash hot oil on the topside.
>>

Trick is to have it on a low heat so the white cooks through without burning,

Best fried eggs are a little crisp on the outside.

Best method is too have the heat a little higher, get your crisp, then turn the heat off and flip for around 5-10 seconds to cook off any loose white.

Perfect runny yokes every time.
>>
No, because I am not some little twink faggot who is satisfied with a single egg.
>>
If you can't flip an egg without a spatula, you need to practice more.

If you've ever ordered a fried egg at a Vietnamese cafe, then you've had it the superior way -- extra crispy, almost deep-fried.

And here is the french way as detailed by Jacques Pepin

Yes I used to make over easy every morning for like a year but i've moved onto egg wraps now
My pan sucks as far as non stick goes and I learned to do it perfectly with that so itd probably be easier with an actual good non stick
