Color of the peppers used. I'm not familiar with this brand, but there can be some varieties of habanero that are green when ripe and or unripe habaneros can still be hot, though not quite the heat and flavor of their ripened counterpart.

I have never seen green peppers that neon green. That picture doesn't really show how neon green it is. It's a very unnatural green.

probably tested better with focus groups. Also bright green is likely just a more appealing color than the brown-green color that it normally would be
