That's Jets Pizza, I had one before. They take the dough and top with bacon and mozzarella, bake, then take out and top with mayo, lettuce and tomato. It's fucking delicious if you get extra turbo crust.
Pepperoni and jalapeno, sometimes with pineapple too.

It's not the best looking pizza in the world, but I'm of the opinion that you can put anything you want on pizza, but this is something I haven't seen but might like to try.

Weird. I've lived all over the country, and went to school in PDX, and always thought potatoes on pizza was pretty much a Northern European anomaly.
Salsa verde as the base. Queso quesadilla, shredded pork, chopped pork rinds, jalapeño, and pineapple. Cilantro and fresh diced tomato garnish.
Alfredo base. Feta cheese, Kalamata olive, artichoke hearts, capers, red onion, prosciutto. Arugula and reduced balsamic vinegar garnish.
Thai green curry base. Mozzarella, thai basil, pickled ginger, jalapeño, bell pepper, shrimp and scallops. Cilantro garnish.
Tikka Masala base. Naan bread. Roasted garlic, bell pepper, spinach (chiffonade), chicken or lamb, and red onion marinated in red wine vinegar. Garnish with cilantro.
