Fuck me, that menu is way too big
I'd go with the curry brisket, first page, third row, fourth column

It's a wonton place, get the wonton noodle soup
Tso's chicken, fried wontons and fried rice.
beef tendon soup, bitter gourd salad, and baby sesame octopus thing
I'd just pick shit, no idea what is going on with some of those dishes.
No thanks, I'm allergic to cats.

order you out on a date
God, what's the point of having pictures on the menu if nothing looks good.
I'd probably go with a value meal, but if I didn't I'd choose the oustanding beef fried rice, for the sole fact that it's oustanding.
Out of the meals I'd either do the curry brisket or mapo tofu.

That's how most Chinese restaurants operate in the states. 100 different items made from a dozen different meats, veggies, and sauces.

Sesame chicken, Gyoza and "Ice milk tea" because it makes me curious.

The congees, curry beef brisket, and the wonton noodles look decent.
Looks like good old fashioned cha chaan teng stuff.

Bensonhurst Cantonese? I'd just order at random. Everything ought to be OK.
It all looks kind of crappy so I'd probably go pork or beef congee which I find are safe bets.
