At Starbucks the amount of inane shit full grown adults will go into, like ordering 2 shots of espresso over ice in a bigger cup and then asking for milk on the side, or having us remove all the bits of cheese on a premade tomato mozzarella sandwich to make it "vegan" or putting whip cream in a little cup for their dog or giving them no whip cream for their frappucino but filling the dome lid with more drink so they get their money's worth, all for the benefit of not usually being tipped because it's not as guilt driven like at a diner.

It really sucks in places that serve huge portions and their kid's menu is the exact same but just smaller portions. It's more common than you think. Most of the time its the amount of food that I'm looking for, but it would be awkward ordering stuff off of it, you know?
