Well, let's assume you have a full cup of uncooked rice there. That's 600kcal.
The topping is mostly beef, which is composed of protein and some fats. Assume we have 300g of meat there. If 250g is protein that's 1000kcal + 50g of fats is 450kcal so 1450 then approximately 200kcal(?) In glaze on the meat.
