What cooking lube do you use?
I use olive oil, avocado oil coconut oil and/ or butter
Pic is turkey burger I made with poached egg on top.

It depends on the application, of course.
>cooking with EVOO
why?
>>7822744
That looked OK until I saw that white glop of shit on top, if you are putting sour cream on anything you are a faggot and have no taste buds.
>>7822755
Not him, but refined olive oil has none of the taste. Heat destroys some of the taste of EVOO, but you still have some taste rather than none.
You have to be careful about heat control, though, because if it starts to burn then it's fucked.

I fucking hope there is no bottom bun on there yet, it is probably watered down to shit by the time it reaches whoever it is you are serving, soggy buns are the #1 fucking NO, stale buns are even better than soggy buns. Fucking learn how to run a restaurant before posting your shitty food op, I look forward to your 2/5 yelp reviews.
>>7822760
I wouldn't exactly call you stupid, but ignorant and lazy might work if you couldn't take 3 seconds to read what OP posted
>>7822760
thats a poached egg you dolt
>>7822778
It still applies, why the fuck are you putting an egg on a burger anyway, it's pointless.
>>7822778
hurr durr I saw this video on youtube where this guy puts an egg on a burger and it has over 1 million views so I'm going to do it too. Just no. Kill yourself.
>>7822769
I didn't use buns in this, it's on a bed of salad. also not at a restaurant.
>>7822792
so why did you call it a burger?
Olive oil because flavor, antioxidants, and don't have to worry about my weight.
>>7822793
owned
>>7822793
what should i call it then? i never claimed to be a damn expert.
>>7822812
also why are you still calling it a burger when you said it wasn't a burger? You've lost the plot kid.
>>7822831
obviously you don't need the egg in order to make it delicious. I happen to like eggs so why the fuck not use one? you can piss off if you think I'm "doing it wrong" because I made it for me, not you.
'go 'za oil is natural and abundant desu
>>7822831
>its not delicious
preferences are a thing
>>7822831
I haven't even posted in this thread so I have no relation to whatever argument is going on. Egg is great on a burger, especially with bacon and on a breakfast-ish bread like an english muffin or toasted sourdough. That egg yolk is just a great sauce.
>>7822866
I think he's just butthurt that he thought it was sour cream at first.
