In Puerto Rico we fill it with guava paste and dust them with powdered sugar. They're pretty good.

The ones i tried were traditional moroccan and it was puff pastry.
In the restaurant i work they use puff pastry to make little apple pies, it taste quite good.
Deep fry it
Bake it into a cone shape and put ice cream or fruit like a crepe
Crust for cheesecake
Use it for deep fried ice cream

There is literally nothing traditional about it if it used puff pastry. Do you seriously think traditional moroccan cooking uses laminated dough?
