Fucking Jell-O recipes, bitch.
DO IT DO IT DO IT
MY RECIPE FOLDER IS READY
>not actually making this shit and eating it
>>7810606
I've got like... looks like around 80 of these images total.
Don't know if I'm gonna bother posting every single one though cause that's a lot and seriously Jackie 4chan needs to lower the wait between posts back to 30 seconds.
Some of this shit is just gross. I'll probably avoid posting the really foul looking ones unless they fall into the category of "so bad that they're funny".
That's it for that book.
Next I'm gonna post some random recipes and then I have another big book to post.
>>7810655
thread rules, looking forward!
Thanks for posting these pics
>>7810664
No problem.
>>7810661
>Pastel Pleasure
That's interesting.
Last one in this series.
Give me a minute to see what else I've got.
>>7810688
WHY.jpg
This is fucking gross.
At the very least this is worth posting for future food gore threads.
>>7810704
This is a short series.
Only a few of the pages have pics and they're just drawings.
Already half way there.
More drawings.
One more left to go.
That's it for this series.
I need to dig around a bit now and see what else I've got.
Posting this only to dare someone on /ck/ to make it, eat it, and take photographic evidence and post it on the board.

>DO NOT BUY IMITATION JELLO
>DO NOT MISTAKE JELLO ICE CREAM POWDER WITH JELLO
>DO NOT LOOK DIRECTLY AT JELLO
>DO NOT REMOVE YOUR REBREATHER IN THE PRESENCE OF JELLO
What in the fuck?
Why would you make shit like this?
Has anyone ever tried these jello salads? How do they taste?
>>7810597
now that looks like a nice 'go style 'za
Now I'm gonna post a really long one with tons of stuff in it, some of it pretty weird.
>>7810612
>Strawberry Jell-O Tarts
Can confirm these as actually delicious, provided you use good ripe strawberries.
>>7810838
If the recipe calls for gelatin instead of Jell-O then you can get gelatin. This ain't that hard to figure out.
>>7810597
I made some pickle Jell-O last night.
>>7810856
How did it turn out?
>>7810856
What in the fuck why?
>>7810870
Mayflower Shape seems like it's meant to have ham in it, but it doesn't.
>>7810884
That's exactly what I thought when I looked at it.
>>7810612
>jell-o whip
Basically, some kind of cheap bavaroise?
All I've got left is some random loose recipes.
>>7810931
No pic for this one.
No pic for this one either.
>>7810942
OH SHI-
I actually found a photo of this.
>>7810966
>>7810970
No pic for this one.
No pic for this one either.
Also, that appears to be my last image. So I guess that's it.
Don't hesitate to bump the thread for others.

>MARZIPAN
You were bound to find something that could disgust me sooner or later.
>>7810985
AND DON'T FORGET TO SAVE THESE IMAGES!
I don't wanna have to post them again lol.
>>7810661
All right, Pastel Pleasure. I used strawberry gelatin. My big worry for this was that the boiling water would scramble the egg yolk, but this did not happen. I like the fluffy texture of the whipped top. The egg flavor is faint. I might try this again with two eggs to make it stronger, more custardy.
>>7811247
Well that was unexpected lol.
Looks cool. Nice job.
bumping for others.
Has anyone else made any of these?
>>7810655
Bless you, dumper. Do you have an imgur album or a dropbox for this?
At first when i saw this thread, there were some pretty damn good recipes, now I see the true horrors of 50's cooking and the people who had to endure this monstrosity
>>7810597
what the fuck are the white slices? gelitanized cum?
>>7814407
It resembles foam, maybe for decoration? Ice?
>>7810597
Savoury jellies have been around longer than America. If anything Jell-o ruined gelatin foods by being cheap and bad tasting and associated with bad post-war cooking.
Historically preparing meat and veg in jellies was a great way to preserve it without refrigeration. The gelatin was usually flavored with broth so its more like a solid soup when you get past the ick factor. Would be good for picnics.
I made some coconut Jell-O last night, it tasted mildly soapy, I think I used too much plain gelatin or not enough sweetener.
>>7814407
I'm guessing ice cubes.
>>7814214
Everything I had is posted in this thread.
>>7814567
Anyone ever eat anything like that?
>>7815971
Thanks anon, this is actually useful. I've been trying to cut weight, so I've been on a sugar free jello & gelatin/agar kick lately.
>>7817552
The reason for that is that when Jell-O first came out like a hundred years ago or whenever only rich people had refrigerators so it was associated with fancy ass shit.
>>7810780
Disgusting.
>>7814421
Canned pear slices most likely.
why is jello the most american food?
>take animal connective tissue byproducts and refine them into a powder
>aggressively market it to the rich as a wonder-food to be used in all meals whatsoever
it's just so incredibly typical

IA! IA! YNGNB, FTGHN!
>>7823507
aspic is pretty good, Coffee Gelatin with a dollop of whipped cream spiked with baileys is bomb
>>7821328
Yeah, a lot of the stuff in this thread is actually legit.
since youre talking about jello, hopefully no one has said it by now, but you can make jello and put it in popsicle molds and freeze it. normal popsicles melt and drip everywhere. jello will just unfreeze back into wobbly jello and wont drip. now that its summer its a good idea to make some
>>7810893
>Piccadilly (snow cone with pickles and KoolAid
piccadillys are just pickle flavored popsicles. its a brand name, not a type of item
>>7826777
>its a brand name
bullshit
I've never heard of it and there are multiple locations/establishments with the name piccadilly
it's possible that there is a food called piccadilly (I mean, there is, I just looked it up) that exists at the same time as this brand name you're talking about
Jell-O Cake is actually pretty good. It was popular back when they invented Cool-Whip.
Chocolate cake and raspberry Jell-O sounds good.
>>7827037
Turned out really good.
