Does anyone know how I can obtain pig or cow intestines like in the picture.
I live on the central east coast of Florida.
Any tips or know how? I want to prepare my favorite Korean food 곺창 데창 but after moving from Korea I cannotfind it.

Go to a carniceria , Mexican or Cuban butcher. Tripa ( res is beef and cerdo is pork ) small intestine, menudo or pancita is tripe .
Save A Lot in my area sells cleaned, frozen pork intestines. Never bought it, but I know it's there.

finding a good butcher takes time, you probably need to explore the immigrant areas of your town. I lived in a mjor german town for quite some time and im like 50% happier here since i found the turkish butchers/ supermarkets, western butchers and markets always have the same cuts and shit vegetables, nothing seasonal, nothing surprising/inspiring

Go to your nearest Chinese supermarket.
The one next to me sells live toads and turtles. One of these days I'll make Turtle stew.

we got tons of asian markets here in Orlando famalam, there's some more east towards ucf but the better ones are downtown, almost 10 markets within a 2 mile radius, most are run by vietnamese but carry lots of korean/chinese stuff.
