I just got this produce from a farm box. Any suggestions on what to do with this stuff?

I've got red potatoes in this bag
And beets (I think) in this bag

I cooked up some of the squash and yellow zucchini with butter, onion, garlic, bacon, and salt and pepper last night and it was delicious.
I've never cooked purple cauliflower before.

Basically the answer to cooking any and all veggies is to coat it in oil, season and bake.

Eh he can roast the peppers and tomatoes and make a sauce, incorporating the onion and garlic.
Roast cauliflower. Fry the squash. Fuck cucumbers, use them to scare cats then throw them away. Or pickle them I guess. Actually he could pickle the cauliflower with the cucumber and beet.
Looks like food. I'd make food. (And yes, those are beets.)

chili
roast the squashes and cauliflower
tzatziki
make ugly potatoes with the potatoes
Can anyone tell me what these are? I thought they were leeks at first. The look like onions with a stalk coming out the top or something.
