Try black tea, see if it helps. Don't listen to the assholes in here, caffeine addiction is real, same with sugar. I used to only be able to quench my thirst with mountain dew, literally nothing else worked

Tea will deliver caffeine.
Your headache likely comes from cramping shoulders, roll them, watch your posture, and breathe right. Caffeine itself does not cause withdrawal headaches.
If you avoid caffeine in the morning you will be more energized in the afternoon. That hump is just habit.

The cup of tea did little to save me from a horrible headache this morning.

I've worked in coffee for a few years now, and parts of my job require me to make/taste a ton of coffee alongside my usual intake. Sometimes I take a few days off of caffeine and coffee just to have a break from it, and I've never experienced anything negative.
