1-3 packets of mr.noodle crushed up throughly.
1 cup of water. an a towel.
microwave the water till its almost at a simmer and crush up all your carbs. pour water into bag and knead the mess, let it soak everything up. now you roll it as tight as you can and hold it together with a towel for like 3-5 minutes.
