I like Chopped.It's pretty intense sometimes.Also any baking championships shows
Baking show/contests are the absolute worst; even worse than garbage like Guy's Grocery Games and Worst cook in America.
They don't even pretend to be about cooking. They're just all about decorating shit, and if I want to watch that I'll watch Bob Ross reruns.

Fuck yes. Alton Brown is such an entertaining game show host. You can how entertained he is by fucking up people's cooking.
Guy's Grocery Games is really fun to watch too. It actually makes me dislike Guy Fieri a little less.

99% are Reality TV bullshit. Why on earth do they have to spend almost no time on the actual cooking, and all those shitty cut aways to hear about a fake backstory or whichever charity they're 'supporting'
Iron Chef(Japan > America), Good Eats, No Reservations are about the only decent ones.
