Go hardcore southern and make pickled peaches. Then go fuck your sister.
Slice them and brown them in a pan, then cut those up and put them in pico de gallo. It's fucking awesome. Not really a good way to use a lot of peaches tho.

The traditional recipe calls for white peach puree, but I find that peach, peaches with peach schnapps and Sparkling wine works well together too.

My mom makes some every year, and it is heaven.
Go get a 70s ice cream maker from the thrift store and make raw egg peach custard.
