I like Evan Williams 1783. They use to age it for 10 years, but now it just says small batch. My tongue is too shot to notice a difference, really. Still as smooth as I remember it, though.

Always used to consider whisky to be a contrived interest by fedoras wanting to jump on the sophisticated/classy meme.
Actually trying to quit all drinking except on special occasions, and since trying more and better whiskies I have made a complete turnaround to the point where I'm considering it for my "special occasion" treat". A good whisky really is something else. I get it now.
