Does anyone have a good vegan chicken salad recipe? SO far I've tried three that I found on the net but none of them turned out too well.

I'm not vegan, but I do like Chik'n patties. I'd bet a few of those, chopped up, and mixed with vegannaise, mustard and bacos wouldn't be too bad.
