I think it's usually reserved for special occasions. Can't always judge a national diet based on the restaurants we have here in the US. I can guarantee you that Punjabis aren't eating Murgh Makhani on a regular basis.

Its a thing you can buy in a resturant in korea. They have many stores where you sit down and they bring a large stone burner and put it in the middle of the table. You are expected to cook your own food.
