Bacon and toast.

Why no salt and pepper? Was the cheese enough seasoning for the eggs? Why plain toast? Why not spread jelly or butter on it?

Butter was salted and last time I tried salt and pepper I always put too much or too little,
And yes Imo the cheese gave the eggs that missing taste. And no butter or jelly cuz I make egg sandwiches with the toast and not a huge fan.

Well, I just started curing some salmon tonight, hoping to throw some thin slices over some bagels tomorrow with cream cheese, and green onions. Wish I had chives and dill, but what can you do.
Thinking I'll slice the green onions long ways and shock them in ice water, maybe throw on some thinly sliced garlic stems.
I'll post pics tomorrow.
