Dark chocolate's great. You can pair it with different things better than white or milk also.
Also it's usually Vegan if that's something you remotely care about (I don't)

It can be okay. Good milk chocolate is better than good dark chocolate in every way, though.
I guess I'm in the minority that never really liked milk chocolate. It never tasted as chocolatey to me and was too sweet.
70-80% is my limit, depending on the brand. 70 for most. I'm just not a fan of how bitter it gets, and the textural changes don't help it either, when it goes higher
