Sometimes when I'm traveling somewhere, after 5+ hours of driving I'll order a toy along with whatever fast food I get at the drive-through. I just ask for it along with my food. I don't think I've ever gotten a second glance, nobody cares.
My favorite is when McDonalds has Pokemon cards. I think I missed their last promotion, though, I don't do this often.

My 2nd/3rd grade teacher (we had a joint class for those. Grades got slightly different assignments occasionally) ordered all 101 Happy Meal Dalmations from McD's when the live action remake came out. Lined them up along a couple walls in our classroom.
