Good Eats was OK. A lot of talking down to the audience. I do like his poached egg method, with some tweaks. It's much more consistent, and easier, than a lot of the poached egg mythology floating around.
I fucking hate Alton Brown and his kids though. Alton himself seems cool sometimes, but every time he guest stars in something else he comes off as a completely pretentious dickhole.
