Sup /ck/ookers, this morning I'm making a spanish tortilla for breakfast.
This is my gf's favorite egg dish.
We'll be using the very best eggs, only the finest.
I had some spare bacon strips so I cutted them, the original recipe does not include bacon but I'mma use it anyways.
...and of course, some toasts for the eggie.
I poured some butter on them.
I heard you like them golden brown
Now this is the moment where the flavours gather.
You can see here the potatoes, the tomatoes, the onion and bacon, bacon baby!
Remember the eggs?
Now's their time to shine.
Oh boy
Oh boy
Just look at this.
Shh... did you hear that?, it's the sound of the magic happening.
Wala!
The final product.
You gotta love this
Why are your pics upside-down?
Why are they so blurry?
Spanish here. I think it lacks moisture in the inside. And wtf, bacon? Really? 6/10.

Yeah, it was kinda dry, but we both liked it.
guess I shoulda keep practicing, and for the bacon, you know, this is /ck/, i had to include some meme food and I don't like sriracha or guac so bacon was the perfect option.

Keep trying! And don't believe those who doesn't put onion in the tortilla de patatas. They are traitors and deserve to die (except my gf).

I think he meant Spanish as "south american", like many ameritards tend to do...
Honestly best tortillas are the thick, not overly cooked on the inside ones.
