Now that you have me thinking about it, you could live a somewhat healthy life if microwaves don't give you cancer. I don't know about meat, cooking meat in a microwave seems dangerous, but I could turn into a vegetarian and live healthy I guess. As long as you have some containers with lids you can steam all kinds of vegetables without even adding water. You could boil pasta as the other anon said. Potatoes. Some shitty frozen meals. Yeah I could do it.

Microwave can simulate anything thats "steamed". That includes all vegetables and baked potato.
You can also microwave bacon, but a lot of meat can't be microwaves.

with all the modern microwave accessories and a modern microwave thats at least 800w you could cook pretty much anything you desire. You may have to modify the cooking methods but I would have no problem cooking forever with one..
