My diet consists of eating pretty much whatever I want.

Nope. I usually just lay on the couch, and at most walk around the grocery store.

130g protein per day, minimal carbs and fats. mostly eating fresh veggies (low calorie ones), lean beef, chicken, turkey, fish, and cottage cheese.

To lose 25 more pounds, already down ten in the past month.

I landscape 4 days a week, housekeep 4 hours a week, and jog every other day
