How cute, the flyovers discovered korean food. Or is it more likely that they've "discovered" "korean" food, much like how they "discovered" "japanese" food (flyover sushi) in 2006.
I assume this will begin and end with bulgogi and chicken wings, since there's a lot of stuff like tofu, pickled vegetables, and seafood that will cause flyovers to make childish gagging noises and shriek EEEW YUCKEEEE and maybe ask if it will give them diarrhea or "is it safe"?)

Dump some thin sliced meat in a bag with soy sauce ,chili flakes,sugar,garlic,sesame oil(or whatever oil you have it just sounds plus chic.),ginger. and some onions.
let it simmer for 8 hours and throw em in a hot pan.

Not sure why they said simmer. But I marinated mine for a day. The beef needs to be thin and very tender.
