I still need to try the liquid drops. I made the mistake of trying the granules first. It's so annoying to work with because it's really light and static makes it fly all over. Plus when you try to mix it into hot food, it clumps and turns into this weird sort of gum. It's awful.

Also use aspartame, its completely harmless if you can get over it tasting like shit. Or sucralose, which is very similar to sugar but cannot be digested. Fun fact: the aspartame needed to kill a rat would take so many liters of soda, you would die from water poisoning before reaching one tenth of the dose. You just piss it out.

Fructose is pretty terrible for you and regular sugar is half fructose.
I'm a type 1 diabetic so for my tea and coffee I usually use substitutes, I find Equal in powder form to be good, I also use the tablets in pic sometimes.
