Ingredients:
2 Portobobello Mushrooms
5 oz Chorizo Sausage
1/2 Small Tomato (Diced)
1 Medium Anaheim Chili Pepper (Diced)
2 Tb Green Onion (Diced)
3 oz Cream Cheese
3 oz ColbyJack

Looks runny, almost soupy. It's like queso filled mushrooms. Don't know if I agree with the cream cheese. Weird textures, etc.

Yeah this is just too fucking weird, I imagine the texture of biting into this would make me want to vom.

I agree with everything but the cream cheese. I don't want my mushrooms full of vomit colored cheese soup.
