Of instant noodle brands meant for the American market, Maruchan pork is best still available followed distantly by Kike-brand (IE Tradition) beef and tomato.
I don't know Japanese ones that well, but of Asian brands, I like yong tou foo one from Waiwai-brand followed by A1 brand chicken maharaja.

The crab Cup Noodles (Nissin) were the best, as were the seafood one and the lobster one, but none of the three are available anymore so pork Maruchan is now the best one still made for the US.
Nissin still makes crab ones and seafood ones for HK, and they're even better, but not generally available for the American market.
I had an instant bolognese one once that was surprisingly quite nice, but I had it in Argentina so it's not for the American market, either.
For some reason the local corner store in my small podunk town is the only place I've seen that sells the Maruchan chili flavor. It's actually my favorite flavor by far now, but I've literally never seen it anywhere else.
