each spoonful of food I always have a bit of the meat, vegetable, and grain in each bite perfectly portioned. After I eat a quarter of my meal I would take a drink of soup or whatever beverage I have on hand.
For hand food like sandwiches or burgers I always put something crunchy in a relatively soft sandwich like chips or fries, not overfilled but just a light layer to add mass or crunch. Quarter through my meal I take a drink and continue on
Pizza I eat the tip of the pizza until halfway through then I fold the crust towards the topping areas like how new yorkers fold the pizza them doing horizontally I vertically fold it so the crust isn't bare
