Jesus christ why are Food Laws so fucking dumb?
>Long story short, a while ago I was in a bad spot. Lonely, no friends at all, hated life and felt I had nothing to live for. Had self esteem issues as well and felt like a fat fuck.

what I've seen people give homeless people food. Didn't know you could be arrested for it.
I don't think there is any law preventing you from sharing food with people you make in your house
if that was the case it would be against the law to have a potluck

You can't get arrested for giving food to friends. The police officer is a fucking jackass but you are stupid as well if you can't figure out how to not get arrested while giving away some food to a few people you now know.

Run to your local news/newspaper and cry that you were persecuted for trying to help the homeless. Kick up a nice little shitstorm.
In any case, call up your local charities/homeless shelters and ask about making food donations to them. They'll help you through the legalities of it.
Reminder that the Clinton administration passed Good Samaritan laws that protect people or organizations that make food donations in good faith. You're not going to get sued because somebody got a tummy ache from eating the Chinese food you donated at the end of the day.
