The connection when you serach "bad food" is carbs. Burgers, fries, pizzas etc. I don't see meat show up by itself at all

A balanced diet of low GI veggies/grains and lean meats is the ideal.
Because meat shouldn't be the mainstay of your diet. A few times a week is optimal for a normal person.
