OP here. I made a sandwich, pic realted. I did horseradish, lettuce, and onions on a hawaiian bun.
I made the dumb mistake of not tasting the horseradish sauce beforehand and I put WAY too much on. I'm still sweating, I could barely finish it. I love hot food but holy cow that was extremely painful.
I forgot to add cheese though. Next time I'll do swiss.

Apparently the farther you get away from Richmond, VA the worse Arby's becomes. The ones in Richmond are test markets and allowed to offer basically whatever they want. Theres one that serves beer, theres one where half the menu is not available at any Arby's I've ever seen. They also bring your food out to you at every single one in the area, almost like a sit down restaurant. Easily one of the best fast food chains in the area.
In Philly it was incredibly regular, not bad just not good.
If you mention Arby's to someone from Cali they say its worse than McDonalds. Its really weird
