Kebabs are a food of convenience, and that's all.

Usually because the cook times are different for each item on the skewer something will either come out over cooked and dry / burnt, or under cooked and inedible. The idea of cooking everything on a stick all at once is quaint, but it'll never finish all at one time which is why I side against them (but will still eat them if presented to me and I'm hungry).
