There are small local fast food places but I've never seen them offer anything like this. They do sell fries, onion rings, wings, etc, but never combined and sold as one big assortment. I suppose you could just order one order of everything though?
Most of our fast food is big chains and they don't offer things like this.
We have pizza places but most of the time they don't have a deep fryer. They serve pizza and pizza-like items which can be cooked in the pizza oven. Though, I think that some Pizza Huts now serve wings? So they might have a fryer?

You can find a wider variety of regional accents in the British Isles than you can in the USA. And once you're on the continent there's a whole different language every 500km or less. That's right, I measured the distance in metric.

When Brits cross the channel they have to drive on the other side of the road. There is virtually no cultural difference in driving from Illinois to Iowa.

My point was these regional cultures are not AS different from each other as are the different cultures of Europe. Which two regions of the USA are as culturally different as Spain and Scotland? Or Italy and Sweden? The people of those areas are so different they need translators to talk to each other. Two cultures driving on different sides of the road illustrates just how different they are, as do things like language, music, food and drink, traditional clothes and so on. Those things change more radically as you travel across Europe than across the US.
France having over three times as many wineries as the USA is significant because it's an example of how one country in Europe can have such a pronounced identity. Cross the border into Germany and you find a sudden obsession with beer. Sure, the French have their own beers and the Germans have their own wines, but their adjacent cultures are more distinct from each other than the Alaskan is from the Texan, even though Alaska and Texas are 3,000 miles apart.
