Alright I'll take the bait, manager at McDicks here. There is a little card that shows how many shots of cream or syrup certain cup sizes get. It also says that a plain iced coffee is to get cream and plain sugar syrup added to it. They do this because cream and syrup come standard in iced coffees so plain means you do not want any particular flavor (I.e. Vanilla, caramel, hazelnut, or sugar free vanilla). The same thinking is applied to when you order a mcdouble plain, all you should get is meat cheese and bun. That's it, very simple to understand and do you want to know why we do it this way? It's because of you guys the customers, we base our entire process to make sure it's easy for you guys to fucking order yet we still get the occasional snowflake (like op) that doesn't seem to quite get it even though the other almost 100 million people that go to our stores each day don't seem to have a problem with it.
