A former roommate of mine studied abroad in Prague, and he couldn't get enough of these fried cheese things. He told me he would often have them on sandwiches, said they were perfect drunk/hungover food.

Czechfag reporting in, this is literally the plebbiest food imaginable here. If you go to a restaurant that doesn't have roaches in the kitchen and order a smazak, they'll all think you're a manchild or a retard. It's literally babby food.

I am a 3rd generation American. All of my grandparents were one nationality, so I am basically 1/4 of 4 different European backgrounds. Czech being one of them. Please teach this American mutt a thing or two about traditional Czech food.
