I mean yeah it literally is beef stir fry and most of the time it is average. Even when I had it multiple times in peru it was average. Best I ever had was in florida. The dish is easily fucked up, needs to have perfect french fries, good cuts of beef not over cooked, enough sauce, and perfect rice. When all requirements are met and they don't fuck up the beef to starches ratio then it is an amazing dish. I've had it dozens of times, maybe only 3 times it was made right.
