Does anyone had tried keto?
Any recipes or experience with it to share
One week in, and only had pork, eggs, ham, steak and tuna.
Looking for ways to make different flavors(seasoning, sauces) with it.
so you eat mostly fat? That doesn't sound like a very good diet op.

You need vegetables. I like broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, and spinach. I also eat avocado, mushrooms, cheese and nuts. Look for braised meat dishes. Coq au vin, beef bourguignon, etc. Roast or sauté vegetables in bacon fat, olive oil or butter. Cook with wine. People seem to think keto is fairly restrictive, but it's not. Every classic cuisine and cookbook is filled with low carb recipes. The only thing limiting you is not cracking a book.

On keto you mostly eat fat because instead of using carbs as energy you use fats as energy. I have been on keto for about a 6 months so far and I have lost about 50 lbs. I feel great and I feel much better than when I ate a normal meal loaded with carbs.

This diet can add some strain on your liver and pancreas if not done just right. It is a hunters diet for sure, and really should be reserved for winter periods not year round. Remember Humans are seasonal hunters, lots of foliage in Summer, root vegetables, fish, herbs. In winter, meats meats meats, some herbs, some veg, some root veg. Summer some fruits also but as a whole product not juiced.
Keto diet however is ideal for treating cancer alongside under-the-cap products. Starves the cancerous tissue opening up a whole range of treatment options.
But anyways,
Chicken alfredo with shirataki noodles
Chicken cacciatore
Fried brussel sprouts are good
Tom kha gai (bolstered with vegetables)
Kabob
Charcuterie & cheese
Bolognese with shirataki noodles
Pork rinds
Meatloaf (scant amount of bread)
Taco made with low carb flour tortilla (6g net per)
Omelette
Chili
Salads (chicken, seeds/nuts, fatty dressing, bacon, lettuce, veg)
That's what I've had recently.
Salads can be versatile and filling if done right.
Kabobs are huge for me. Beef mostly, but chicken too. Lots of seasonings, tomato, mushroom, onion, and bell pepper. Don't overdo it with the peppers and you're safe.
Takes on average ~40g of net carbs eaten consistently to knock most people out of ketosis.
I've had huge cheat days (pizza delivery and beer) that haven't knocked me out.
Get some piss strips and try it for yourself. Cheap on amazon.

Set calories as you see fit (13-15k is pretty good)
Set fat/protein to 70/25 (can't change the carbs).
Log your food daily for at least 3 weeks. Buy a digital food scale ($15 amazon). It's really surprising and eye opening.
If you plateau on weight loss, it doesn't mean that you aren't losing stored fat. Taking measurements helps the with the angst caused by that plateau. Also, after 20 pounds of loss you need to update your profile; lower your calorie intake.

I watched my friend lose 150lb on it. I was making fun of him for a while, scoffing his stupid diet, until I saw the results. Have since turned a friend on to it who lost ~100lb.
Personally my best was 35lb in 4 months. 2 years off and on... I end up gorging myself during the winter months and putting it back on. Learn from that. After you take it off, you need to maintain a diet/exercise regime because it goes back on quicker that it goes off.
Oh, and don't exercise on keto.
