Sup co/ck/s

I've got some heavy cream leftover from a previous recipe. Ordinarily I'd make some miscellaneous pasta sauce, but I was wondering what you lot do with leftover cream.

My oven is out of commission at the moment, which narrows things down.

How much cream? The only thing I use heavy cream for is whipping and making chowders.

I found a recipe for one pot garlic Parmesan pasta that is amazing.

Mousse is often one of my favorite ways to use it. I usually just make vanilla or peanutbutter mousse.

Whipping it to pair with strawberries works well, too.

I've used it in place of some milk for a silkier creamed potatoes.

Any savoury applications for whipped cream? I'm terrible at desserts.
