I almost never eat cereal with milk.
I eat either Cheerios, which I consume with no milk, and usually never for breakfast.
And I eat Shredded Wheat. The plain kind. With maybe a tiny bit of milk if I have it available, just enough to wet the biscuit slightly. This is the only cereal I eat with milk.

As a vegan, I agree.
I don't eat cold cereal because it's expensive air with some carcinogens and usually refined sugar. My breakfast today was a half cup dry oatmeal + 1 cup boiling water left to sit a while; then I poured on that 1 tbs flax, two tbs undutched cocoa, two bananas, half cup blueberries, dash of vanilla blended. And then I've been nibbling on some homemade whole wheat unsalted sourdough.
