>pure can sugar, brings the complements the roasted flavor
>cilantro

>inb4 my wife's son eats the whole batch
>>7549468
Good call, i think it's going to make all the difference
i was expecting it to look more red
>>7549570
Flavor is amazing, I'll use half a tbsp of sugar next time though and you should too. I think that will perfect it. Thanks for spending some time with me cu/cks/. I'll be back later to grill some pork chops.

That looks weird and spicy as hell if this is the finished product. Have you ever done this before OP?
>>7549570
>My wife's son
Now the constant drinking makes sense. Also let your damn cats outside they are animals not furniture.
Cool salsa tho.
>>7549597
Yes sonny, ive been perfecting it for years. I used too much sugar this time. It has a beautiful sweet then slow burn anyway though. I use this particular salsa on food I grill/barbecue.
>>7549611
>perfecting it for years
>uses too much sugar
>>7549595
Looks great.
Why not roast the habs? they're great when roasted but you left them out.
Also I would call this closer to a mole than a salsa, but I'm sure it's tasty.

The blackened ingredients, sweet/hot habaneros, sugar+salt have a perfect balance, especially with charbroiled steaks/pork or used on street tacos.
>>7549620
Nothing is perfect anon, I could spend many more years perfecting it and still use a little too much sugar. There are lots of variables in salsa like sizes for ingredients, hotness of peppers, size/flavor of tomatoes.
I tried to make it sweeter this time for my wife's lover but it's too sweet for my taste.
>>7549595
looks tasty tho
>>7549656
>my wifes son
>my wifes lover
Ok either you have a recipe thats so fucking spicy itll destroy my guts or youre just trolling to weed out the haters and keep your potentially delicious creation in the hands of as few gents as possible
>>7549499
Why didn't you roast the habs?
>>7549656
Are you an actual cuck?
