I have some leftover wine from cooking yesterday.
Since I don't like drinking white wine, I could use some help coming up with some white wine dishes.
I'll start off
Mussels with white wine sauce
Pretty much any pasta sauce benefits from a glug of wine.

>white wine with beef
red wine is for beef stew, white whine is good in a cream stew with chicken or seafood.
honestly a shit ton of recipes call for white wine, any light colored pan sauce does well with a splash of it. even a breakfast sausage gravy. Use it as the deglazing step to scrape up the fond be adding the milk/stock.
dough for pizza needs white wine
You can even skip the water and just substitute it with wine. Awesome and don't believe any American that tells you different
